Namespace Mining RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm yet another Administrator of a domain who's been blocked from sending to all Microsoft Domains, and cannot get the block lifted even though I've had an e-mail from Hotmail Support saying that there is no issue. Namespace mining was the original issue.

I have added an SPF, I have checked the Firewall, I have done vulnerability scans and I have got myself off two blacklists. I have checked logs for when the event apparently took place and I have no evidence which points at anything untoward with the setup here.

Is there another line of support that I can use or am I just going to have to wait?

  • Tim, this forum is for Exchange server 2003 and 2007, which is unrelated to your question. In addition, it is not staffed with people who would be able to look at the anti-spam settings of the hotmail service. You need to work with Microsoft via support incident, or at the least, post some technical detail here, such as the exact text in your bounce-back message.
