Response group agent call forwarding to another response group does not work RRS feed

  • I have the following scheme

    SIP trunk àMediation server à Exchange2010 ( Auto attendant) à Response group àAgent

    When agent make call forwarding to extension number lync number XXXX  everything works well.

    But When agent make call forwarding to another response group call does not go.

    Would you please tell us did you check if there is any event ID or error message in your SFB FE server in your environment ?

    As the similar case which has been mentioned  by Anthony, you could use call park as workaround.

    is  the person doing a manual transfer to the RGS or its set in the  work flow? We might  need to check if that response group is resolving its name  or is that considering it as   PSTN call ? , if thats the case we need to assign a voice policy for the same. more information here
