  • The situation is for so far: 
    They have an excel file with al information about Deadlines, Customer Database etc. They use Accountview for the invoices and hour registration. They use OneNote for registration about the communications (apppointments with the customer, appointments with employers mutually,  the default appointments etc). They use Outlook for messages. And some specific programs for their company.
    All This programs make files and they all are stored at the Windows Explorer. But that is very confusing so they want 1 program what can take all this tasks.

    Now it's my task to search a program for them. My first option is to use a program from Office. But what do i need?
