    In a Custom List, is it possible to make the list item link go to EditForm.aspx instead of DispForm.aspx?

    Hi run4it,

    I believe one way to accomplish what you're looking for would be to use SharePoint Designer to set the EditForm.aspx page as the display form.

      • In SharePoint Designer, right click on the name of your list and choose "Properties".
      • Click the "Supporting Files" tab.
      • Make sure the "Content type specific forms" drop-down has the correct content type selected.
      • Click the "Browse..." button next to the "Display item form:" text box.
      • Choose the EditForm.aspx instead of DispForm.aspx
      • Click OK.
