    Hope you are doing well . 

    Kindly find the below screen shot appear when we connect SCSM with our exchange server .

    Any advise please !

  • Hi Mohammad,

    can you please share some details:

    - Which version of SCSM are you using?
    - Which version of the connector and which version of the Exchange Web Sevrice API are you using?
    - Is the account configured according to the guide?

    -We use SCSM 2016 

    -We use system_Center_Service_Manager_Connector_3.1 and we use Web Services 1.2

    can you please go through this post and re-configure the user with UPN. Please also check the other links and suggestions:

    Please ensure the link to the Autodiscover is working.

    The problem didn't solve , we checked everything that you was tell us , but the problem didn't work .

    Now , what we can do ?

  • Hi,

    Event viewer is useful for error troubleshoot.  Maybe it can give us some clues. 

    All Service Manager events are logged in the Operations Manager log in the event viewer. (Under Applications and Service logs)
