hi all,
I am facing an issue when i try to access the PPS report in sharepoint which is running on the server.The report is running fine in the server , but when i connect to the server from different machine i get this error
"An unknown error has occurred. If the problem persists contact an administrator. There may be additional information in the server application event log.
Contact the administrator for more details."

The application pool the SharePoint site runs under should be setup with the same identity.

What is the application Pool identity assigned to the PPS application Pool and by what account you are viewing in sharepoint. Are you able to see in the preview?
