SCSM 2012 incident created Continues email received when the inci RRS feed

  • Scsm 2012 incident created by the user the email received by the administrator the incident has been launched. The engineer resolved the incident. The Users continues email has been received when the incident has been created.

  • You should check your workflows,

    Especially the Incident updated workflows.

    This can happen when "Changed From" does NOT use the value of "DOES NOT EQUAL" the same value of the value you want to check in "Changed to".

    Hope this makes sense.

    IE, changed from "Does not Equal" "resolved" to changed to "equal to" "resolved"

    If you do not use this, it can cause a loop.
