Network Latency requirement for Skype for business migration RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Please suggest what is the minimum Network latency requirement to migrate On premises Skype for business Server 2015 environment from One DC to another DC ?

    Would you please let us know the reason why you need to migrate from one DC to a new one for SFB?

    If you want to add a new domain for it, we would suggest you add an additional domain in SFB topology builder and no need to migrate DC, here is the reference: https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/Adding-Additional-Sip-39644f45

    And if you just want to migrate AD, I found an article sharing for reference.

    This is because of Vendor change. Client has changed his IT Vendor so complete IT environment is getting migrated.

    If the two DCs are in two different forest, please kindly note that SFB server is not supported to do the cross-forest migration.
