Hello,
I had upgraded to windows 7 sp1 and installed the kb3035583 update to get the "Upgrade to Windows 10" Popup box.
I had reserved my update already but from just a few days back I am not able to open the icon.
I referred to this link:-

but nothing happened. I downloaded the win10fix_full.bat file and used that to repair it but nothing happened.GWX opened and showed"Please Wait" and closes.
Then I reinstalled the kb3035583 update and installed kb2952664 update but after that I am not getting the icon.
I opened task manager and found that gwx.exe process was not running. I opened the win10fix_full.bat file but the gwx.exe sometimes opened and closed and sometimes it did not open in the task manager.
Please can anyone help me as I have to upgrade to windows 10.
I also have bitdefender total security 2015 so please tell me if it is making any problem.
