Multiple Exchange on the same network

Question

this question may sound stupid but it is some how related to production environment so I prefrerred to ask.
I've a clustered Exchange 2007 installed on the production network 192.x.x.x
I want to setup another AD Forest with Exchange 2007 on the same networking. Exhange will be running all the roles. is there any change that this Exchange2007/Ad setup will interefere with the existing network?

Shouldn't be a problem as I see it but it might be "cleaner" to put it on another subnet/network.

Shoudn't be a problem, I've done it before without issue when building recovery forests on same segment.
