Is there any changes required to be done on an application when an upgrade of SP3 is installed on a MOSS 2007 farm. RRS feed

  • We are planning to install Sharepoint Service pack3 on our MOSS 2007 production farm. CAn anybody tell me if any changes are required at the application level to mitigate any risk. Thanks, Deepika

  • NEVER post bump posts without having giving people at least 2-3 *work days* to reply.

    There is never any good reason why any one person' question is more urgent than anyone else's question.

    The forums are in any case not the place to post questions you want quick replies for. If that is the case, ring Microsoft Customer Support Services and pay for support. If you ask a question in a forum you accept that a reply may take some time coming (and may never come).

    I think the most important thing to mitigate risk is to install service packs in a proper way.
