Hi,
How many users have this issue, all users or specific user?
If it appears to all users, would suggest you to check the PBX configuration and make sure they have been properly configured.
Did you make any changes before the issue occur?
Have you check if there is any event error reported in "Event Viewer" of mediation server?
Does the call drop happens to SFB Windows desktop client or any phone devices, like Polycom or anything else?
