Firstly, please let us know the following:
1. What is the network environment, domain or workgroup?
2. What is the edition of Windows of this laptop?
3. What kind of credential do you use? Are all the credentials same?
4. Is the credential stored in this laptop? Or, you manually enter the credential every time.
If the issue does not occur previously, you can try to perform a
system restore for this laptop and see how it works.
If system restore cannot help and the credential is stored in this laptop, you can go to credential manager, remove the stored credential and test the issue again.
