I have built a test environment:
VMware ESXi 6.5 (on-premises)
Virtual Centre Appliance (on-premises)
Azure Configuration server (on-premises)
Test VM for testing DR to Azure
Although I have successfully tested failing over the VM to Azure which works well. If the VM requires an additional disk I understand you need to delete the replicated VM in Azure and start from scratch again. For testing this is fine, however if we are
replicating a VMware VM to Azure and the VM has a large number of disks we would need to avoid having to replicate the complete VM again. Have I understood the process correctly and is there a workaround.
