Unable to send mail on office 365 RRS feed

  • One of my user is unable to send mail.

    He receives an error code of  error: 5.7.57 SMTP; Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail during MAIL FROM 

    Please there any way out?

  • Hi,

    It seems that passing the From address as "emailAddress" which is not a proper email address and for Office365 the from needs to be a real address on the Office365 system.

    In this case, please refer to the suggestion of Rudy Xu MSFT in this thread:

    Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail.
