    I am also facing the same problem for both Nokia E63 Unable to pair my PC with the mobiles due to Bluetooth peripheral device drivers error. i tried everything It did not work...any more ideas!   pls pls help me out

    Hi,

     

    What error message did you receive? Please try to reinstall Bluetooth driver for test.

     

    Furthermore, you can try to use USB cable connect between Nokia E63 and Windows 7 to check if it can pair with your machine.

     

    In addition, I suggest to contact Nokia for further help. Maybe they have some solution for this symptom.
