Permissions to portal not maintained after 2012R2 to 2016 upgrade RRS feed

  • I had a SCSM 2012R2 installation with the old silverlight portal. All permissions to the portal were correct. Users only seen what catalogs they had permissions to and that is all. I upgraded to SCSM 2016 which uses the new HTML5 portal. No permission changes have been made. Users now can see all service catalogs and request offerings. ????? How can this be when I did an upgrade. When I check in SCSM everything is still setup the same as before the upgrade. I made sure Authenticated Users was removed from the End User role. I really do not see how they are getting access. Anyone have any ideas what to check?
