  • Did you get a chance to check in Control Panel > Scanners and cameras  (Or Start > Run > c:\Program Files\Windows Photo Viewer\ImagingDevices.exe)
Your camera should be listed here if it is properly connected and installed.

    >> I would also suggest using http://www.testmycam.com/ to verify if the hardware is working properly.

    >> There are some free webcam softwares as listed below, a Bing or Google seaerch coudl fethc you more results :

  • Hello,

Could you please share the mdoel name of the webcam.
Please let me know if we see the Intex camera menu under the start > All programs or under C:\Program files or C:\Program files(x86).

  • This may be late in time, however, it might save someone else.....Yawcam is not the clearest of video software, it will do in a pinch. I found the links above were blocked by my browser's antivirus and antimalware programs. I loved the testmywebcam!!! To find out your computer's installed webcam go to device manager and look down the list for "Imaging devices". Click on the little arrow, and follow your nose...lol Once you know that, Yawcam can hook you up. Watch out!!!!! Do not get fooled into another product....it is sitting the waiting to entice you into buying what you think is maybe $35.00 worth of video software and manual....I got pinched for ~ $63.00 before I knew it.....
