    i am looking to know that outlook 2013 can manage all old e mails year wise and duplicate remove

    can any one say me .

    second what to buy office 365 or basics office 2013

    Office 365 is better because of Cloud support while Office 2013 is not, if you are working in local network then go for Office 2013.
