Upgrade from ISA 2006?

Hi all;

Im wondering,is there any available upgrade path to the FTMG from ISA 2006? Im also aware that i have to reinstall OS for an 2K8 x64 but what is the best practices or any step by step guide available for upgrading? Just exporting rules is that all???

Please advise and thanks by the way.
