Did you find any related event logs in event viewer? And please share us more details on how you are editing the GPO.

In addition, please open IE options as below to ensure that” enable native xmlhttp support” is selected.

  • Hi,
Please check if there are any related events logged in the event viewer to help us troubleshoot.
In addition, you may try following steps:
1.Change another account or another server to test and see if the error occurs
2.Restart the server and try again
3.Run sfc /scannow command From an elevated command prompt to check if any system files are corrupt.

    Regards,
    Wendy

  • I didn't  find any related event logs in event viewer and in IE option this check box is selected.

The problem isn't solved and I forced to create a new GPO.It's working properly.
