  • Same subscription can be used for all... It's all depends on You to which You want to make Primary Admin Portal to manage everything....

If You want to manage Intune separately for deploy MDM Policies n etc so You must raise ticket in MS to make it separate Primary Portal .... else You can perform through Office 365 portal as well...

All are integrated to each other but work in hierarchy form like anyone can be Primary Portal where You can perform all Admin tasks and other individual tasks from same portal & other portals like Intune, Azure AD as secondary portals where individual tasks can be performed...

If You want to but new subscription then You can buy that also... and You can perform using single subscription as well... :) Licensing is based on subscription You buy... For that You need to communicate with Microsoft License Sales Person..
