Unabale to install KB2919355 on win 2012 r2 RRS feed

    hi, 

    1. we have win 2012 R2 on which KB2919355 update is not installing manually / SUS / or through online update. 

    2. Even i am UNABLE to Hide this update 

    3. Our win 2012 r2 server is gettting restart ever time it search for this update and fails to install 

    i have gone through number of blogs and carried out the steps give there but unable to solve this issue. 

    Please help. 

    Error - 

    Windows update "Update for Windows (KB2919355)" could not be installed because of error 2149842974

    HI!

    Description of the error code:

    "Operation did not complete because the service or system was being shut down."

    Source: Windows Update Agent

    Check the file C: \ Windows \ WindowsUpdate.log. What it appears to momoent install the update?
