Archive of Shared Mailbox not showing up in Outlook 2016 RRS feed

  • We have an O365 E3 environment in a fully cloud mode. No on-prem infrastructure. There are about 80 shared mailboxes. All mailboxes have online archive enabled and have same policies applied.

    All the shared mailboxes are working fine. we see the shared mailbox and its online archive in Outlook except just one mailbox. For that mailbox, the online archive is visible in Outlook on the web but not on Outlook client. The issue is repeatable across users for that one mailbox.

    We want to know what could be the reason. We checked everywhere, it has exact same settings as other mailboxes and there is nothing unique about it. It is pretty small, about 300MB in archive and 150 MB in active mailbox.

  • Hi Dheeraj,

    Have you tried disable online archive for the shared mailbox and then re-enable it to see the result?

    Besides, we may also try to back up the archive mailbox, and then move it to another database to see whether this issue continues.
