Automatically copy emails to a specific pubilc folder

  • Hi all,

    Can you please help me to automatically copy emails(eg. with a name as ASD) to a specific public folder named as ASD using Rules.

  • Hi Merlin,

    You should be able to do this by using Rule Wizard in Outlook.

    On Step 1: Select condition(s), select the condition of "with specific words in the subject", then enter "ASD" in Step 2: Edit the rule description.

    Click "Next", on Step 1: Select action(s), select the action of "move a copy to the specified folder", then in Step 2, select the folder "ASD" in your Public Folder.
