  • Hi sohn66,

    Thanks for posting your query.

Is there any error message when you install this update? Which OS version of your PC?

    1. To troubleshoot whether the issue is related to a third party service, please check the update in a clean boot environment.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

    2. If the issue still occurs, it is recommended that you first try to clear the update related cache file, then manually install the update and confirm the situation:

run command as an administrator and type the following, one line one enter:

    net stop wuauserv
    Ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
    net start wuauserv

Then refer to this link November 13, 2018—KB4467107 (Monthly Rollup) to install KB3177467 first, then go to Microsoft Update Catalog to download the KB4467107 for your version and install it manually.

    Hope these will help.

    Best regards,

    Yilia
