3 of 5 were related to USBPORT.SYS (part of the OS).  I would start by running a  system file check.  The directions in the wiki are designed for Win 7 & 8 but should work on Vista.

Please run a system file check (SFC)

  • Hi,

To add to ZigZag's suggestion, BugCheck D1 basically cause is: A driver tried to access an address that is pageable (or that is completely invalid) while the IRQL was too high. This bug check is usually caused by drivers that have used improper addresses.

More information, we could take a look at hte following article:

    Bug Check 0xD1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    What causes a bug check 0xD1 (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)

    Best regards

  •  We do need the actual log file (called a DMP file) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.
We prefer at least 2 DMP files to spot trends and confirm the cause.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here
If you have any questions about the procedure please ask

If you are using Blue screen view, who crashed, or a similar application, don't.  They are wrong at least as often as they are correct
