Exchange 2007 SP3 Full Text Indexing Stopped & Wont Rebuild.

I have tried all MS procedures and other suggestions. Supports seems that can provide a dip.exe tool.
Any help or the tool much appreciated. Its been 9d with no index on two live dbs with 150GB size!

Only thing I have not tried is the dip.exe tool. If you have in hand please forward. Tx

could be a DB Related issue where the Full-Crawl is not getting completed successfully.
Did you check App/sys logs to see if there are events about Database or storage logged?
