I use window 7 home basic .I found that there is Thinkpoint.exe in my computer. My friend said that it is a virus... Therefore, i will use system recovery to deal with this... Is there any problem if i do in this way? I need your suggestion...

I wold not advise clicking on anything in the Thinkpoint window as suggested in the Forum link above. If you do, you will be asked for credit card information at some point.
