OWA not functioning properly RRS feed

  • Question

  • we have exch2010 on win2008r2.  today the server installed a ton of windows updates and now OWA is not rendering properly.  none of the graphics show up and all you see are links to the email messages (which don't work) - it is quite a mess.  it does require authenticatioin and does show the proper subject lines.

    any thoughts?

i have tried restarting the server a couple times with no effect.

    thanks

  • So I would look at logging in IIS. to see if it gives you any idea of what is happening. we have seen this before when certain forms directorys or others get messed up.

  • Sometimes the update partially installs if you don't run the setup with elevation (i.e. Run As Administrator).

  • ^--- This. Make sure you run UR4 from an elevated command prompt.
