Outlook 2010 - Remove the Alphabetical Index from Contact Card View RRS feed

    The user would like to remove the alphabetical index (the 123 abc on the right of the window when viewing contact cards) in Outlook 2010. He states that this has been done before.

    Can someone confirm whether or not this is possible?

    Hi reduakm,

    Please try the following steps and see if it is what you are looking for:

    1. Select the contacts folder, go to View > View Settings > Sort.
    2. Click the Clear All button on the right side, click OK and exist the dialogue box:
