  • Question

  •                               Hi,

My Reclusa is not working on Vista.I have downloaded the latest drivers and firmware but Vista Ultimate fails to recognize it.It works on XP and also on OS X Tiger! The drivers are being prompted at startup and doesn't work even after online update. Is there anyway I can 'force' Vista to accept the drivers like XP's "continue anyway"? Or are there any other work arounds ? Any info is appreciated, thanks.

  • Hi,

Could you tell us where you got the Reculsa driver and what's the information you have been prompted?

I'd suggest that you can download the Reculsa driver from the link below. Then unzip the .zip file and try to run setup.exe to install the driver.

  • Hi,

I think the driver which you have installed is not designed for Windows Vista. Try to uninstall the current driver firstly and then run the proper installation again.

Please post back the exact message when "it doesn't accept the drivers". That's important for us to move on.

    Thanks.

  • Hi. I post in this section a question about the "Reclusa".
If it isn't  the right section please move it.

Can you help me about the polling rate of this keyboard?
Is it 1000Hz like Razer's product?

    Bye

  • I'm also looking for the driver for the Microsoft Reclusa keyboard. Although the link you provided below works but when you click to download the driver - the page is not found.
