  • The Sync Active (exchange server associated ) account for outlook 2013, often send many repeated emails when the email in the outbox ? How it is coming to ? By recreated a new account for some days, this phenomenon  likes back again ?

    Safe Mode is often prompted every month least two . No extra add-in except the anti-virus which is significant to outlook ,  it is randomly not feel to any specific email ...?  Advise reading link guild being conformed .

    Very possible to the unknown wireless routering entering the network as topic one of mine else next:

    "How to prove this Infrustructure devcie, a Wireless Router, is NOT connecting..."

    Does this issue occur randomly or it affects some particular emails?
    Have you tried testing on another device and check if the error persists?

    Besides, to narrow down if the issue is related to any third party add-ins, please try starting Outlook in safe mode (Press Win + R, type "outlook /safe", press Enter.) and see if there will be any improvement?

    It is also suggested to try to disable or uninstall your virus scanner’s Outlook integration capabilities and check the result.
