Can't clear drafts folder of deleted files RRS feed

    Using Outlook 2016 with a imap gmail account, my drafts folder keeps building with deleted emails that I cannot remove or clear. Help please.

    Hi,

    When you delete the messages, are there any error messages pop up? Please post out if exist.

    Have you encountered this issue before? or after you have done some operation on Outlook and the issue happens?

    Have you tried using the shift+delete on the messages?

    It's recommended to re-create the Outlook profile and check the results.

    I recommend you check if these messages is moved to deleted items when you delete these messages in draft folder.
