  • Hi,

You should be able to copy them to your desktop or my documents folder
first. Then can you make sure the folder is publicly accessible?

  • The PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA bug check has a value of 0x00000050. This indicates that invalid system memory has been referenced

The KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bug check has a value of 0x0000001E. This indicates that a kernel-mode program generated an exception which the error handler did not catch.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bug check has a value of 0x0000000A. This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.

OK a good starting point for all these errors is:

    1. Download and install updates and device drivers for your computer from Windows Update.
    2. Scan your computer for computer viruses. - help to do this here - http://www.mypchealth.co.uk/StepbystepGuide.php
    3. Check your hard disk for errors. - help to do this here (same with memory) - http://www.mypchealth.co.uk/GuideTests.php
    4. Check your memory for errors - see link above

Hope that gets you on the road to discovering the problem
