Unable to login to company portal using iOS version 12.2 iPhone RRS feed

  • All users using iPhone and iOS version 12.2 unable to sigh-in to Microsoft Company portal, error indicating company portal temporary unavailable. After running SSL server test we found-out  #error# Apple ATS 9 / iOS 9  R Server closed connection and Cipher Suites are weak, did anyone face this issue and resolve it?

    What I have noticed, when I use Microsoft cloud account there are no issues login to company portal, but if account is  federated active directory account company portal do not authenticate the user, other phone such as android just work fine only issues with iPhone with iOS 12.2

    Would you please check if the Company Portal app is updated to latest version? iOS 12 do some changes with cloud service and update the version of Company Portal. Therefore, we suggest you to check the if the latest version Company Portal is installed in App Store at first.

    Also, this issue seems to be related to ADFS. To double confirm it, we suggest you try to access the web Company Portal or O365 portal with the same federated active directory account to check if it persists. If so, I suggest you open a new case with Azure portal:
