Good question. Unfortunaltely there is no reporting DB as per the Project Server Reporting DB. You will be able to get some information regarding Risks, Issues and Deliverables into the Project Server Report DB, but any customised list cannot be retrieved
from this database. There are several options
- Reporting Services has a SharePoint site call that you can use to get information of one site, but if you want a report accross projects that wont work easily. In order to do that we have a tool called Dataminer. Check out this link:

This tool essentially replicates the Proejct Server reporting DB for SharePoint. You can then easily generate reports against your project site content. We developed this tool for exactly this purpose. Most of our customers have your requirements and that's
