problem with outlook 2016 and exchange 2016

Hi

I use exchange 2016 on permises.

when i try to connect to exchange server with outlook 2010,all thinks are ok but when i use outlook 2013 ro 2016 i catch

"Log onto Exchange ActiveSync mail server (EAS): The username or password you entered isn’t working. Please try typing them again." error and cannot connect to server.

help me please.

Hi,

Is there any other user affected by the same issue in your organization?

Some users were able to fix a similar issue via starting Outlook in safe mode. You can also try to start Outlook in safe mode and see if you get access. If that works, start Outlook normally to verify that it works now. See a similar issue discussed here:
