suspect tapes in DPM 2010 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I am having tapes with status as suspect in my library only the options are enabled identify unknown tape and remove to I/E port. I am unable to erase or re-use the tpae

    As per the article http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb808923.aspx

    i executed the command below in my dpm serer it throws the below error

    osql -E -S localhost\MS$DPM2007$ -d DPMDB -Q "UPDATE tbl_MM_ArchiveMedia SET IsSuspect =  0"

    when i run the command in my DPM serer it throws the below error.

    PS C:\Program Files\Microsoft DPM\DPM\bin> osql.exe -E -S localhost\MSDPM2010
    -d DPMDB -Q "UPDATE tbl_MM_ArchiveMedia SET IsSuspect = 0"

    Please assist. i am using sql instance from another server that server ipaddress is 10.99.32.65

    Please run the command on the remote SQL server and specify the instance name.

    osql -E -S localhost\Instance_name -d DPMDB -Q "UPDATE tbl_MM_ArchiveMedia SET IsSuspect =  0"
