lookup Column based on condition

Hi everyone,

i have a list with fields like following

Empname       Role

aaa                lead

bbb              Manager

cccc             Manager

ddd              lead

i want add this Empname field to another list as look up column but i want display only empname who having role lead

how can i filter those name.if any one know please help me

This can be done using sharepoint designer. Below is a good blog with step by step instructions on how to do it. If you need any more help let me know.
