Microsoft Outlook 2016 removes 'to' and 'cc' field when text is entered into email RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I 'reply all' to an email, I move one of the 'To' addresses to 'CC'. After this, when I start to write my email, the 'To' and 'CC' fields are cleared and not replaces with any other email address.

I am running in safe mode with the same results.

I appreciate any help or information about this. :)

  • Hi,

What's your account type? Does it happen to specific account in Outlook?

Please try repairing Office to check the result. To do this, please go to Control Pane > Programs and Features. Right click your Office suit. Click Change and then click Repair.

If issue continues, we could create a new profile and test the results.

Any updates, please feel free to tell me.

    Regards,

    Perry
