Exchange drops mail for external journaling contact RRS feed

  • Hello,

    how can i find out more about why exchange drops some mails for the external journaling contact?

    First Pic exchange forwards it correctly

    Second Pic exchange drops the answer mail



    any ideas?

  • Hi,

    According to the message tracking log, the message was dropped by the ScanMail Routing Agent, we could run Get-TransportAgent command to check if ScanMail Routing Agent exists, then run the following command to disable it:

    Disable-TransportAgent "<ScanMail Routing Agent>"
