  • These 2 error box's keep coming up when I go online.

    I got a hijack virus through my email which I deleted with Malwarebytes. i also ran windows malicious software removal tool and I don't think I have them now. they were deleted.

    I don't know what these 2 things are and don't know what to do about them??

    Please help. Thank you.

    How do i get an answer to my question?

  • 1st back up your installation.

    Search for your Via drivers on the net. down load and have available on cd key drive, secondary hard drive.

    Then install your installation cd. boot from it.

    during boot up press the F8 key and update your chipset driver

    and try the repair installation from the cd\dvd.

    I AM A PC DUMMY??????

    I have a registery backup in my DOC's  from 12/14/10

    I wonder if I can use that??????

  • The disadvantage to an old registery restore,

      programs installed since will not work, for example any KB updates from Microsoft, programs you have newly installed, or updates to the program. And some programs may not work properly.

    Advantages:

      And this is a big one. Your pc should boot.
