Windows Updates never finds updates and never completes scan for updates. Below is the WindowsUpdate log. Thoughts? I removed a large group of redundant messages to save space.

Hi MarkGiemza,
Have you got any progress with the issue? If you are use WSUS server to deploy updates, please run Server Cleanup Wizard on the WSUS server, it may help delete superseded updates.
Best Regards,
Anne

Hi MarkGiemza,
1. Where does the machine update from, from WSUS server of Microsoft Update?
2. What is the OS of the machine?
3. On the affected machine, please run build-in windows update troubleshooter and reset windows update components:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971058
Check the result after then, if it still not work, better to find if there are any errors in the windows update log.
Best Regards,
Anne

If you have feedback for TechNet Subscriber Support, contact tnmff@microsoft.com.1) WSUS server but I'm attempting to check in with Microsoft Update manually to compare what is available to what is in the WSUS server catalog.
2) Server 2012 R2 Standard
3) Already did this. Still not working.
Thank you for your response.
