No data appearing on Analyst portal RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have assigned an incident case to a member of our Help Desk. He is part of a group which has rights on the incident management role.

    However, all cases assigned to him are not appearing on the Analyst portal.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

  • The SCSM 2010 analyst portal is by design for approve/reject change request only. It's not possible to work with incident records in the analyst portal. This will not change with SCSM 2012.

    If you are looking for a webclient for SCSM 2010 maybe the Webfront from Gridpro is an option: Gridpro WebFront for Service Manager
