Export list of clients which are needed for reboot-WSUS 2012 RRS feed

    I am using WSUS server 2012. I usually push the patch but do not reboot production servers. I need to pull a report of all WSUS client computer which are needed for reboot. How can I do get this? I have got an script from below URL which is good but not as per my expectation. I want report like below for example, any similar matching format will do.........

    ServerName/ComputerName       Windows OS                 RebootPening

                 ABC                                 Windows 2012                   Yes
