  • We have exchange 2007 two node cluster and when users create meeting by adding a specific room we all get a bounced messaged from a particular user who is no longer associated with organization: The recipient's e-mail address was not found in the recipient's e-mail system. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please check the e-mail address and try resending this message, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.

    It seems as if this user is associated with this room mailbox, any idea of how to remove this user or find out how this is set?

  • Look at the delegates of the room.

    Does the issue only occur a specific room?
    Try sending a mail from OWA and check the result.
    Also refer to above response to check the delegation information for the resource mailbox Room:
    Get-MailboxPermission -Identity room | Format-List
    Please post your full NDR for further analysis.
