  • Hello all,

    I installed the Self-Service Portal for SCSM but all pages are blank.

    Some of them describe the same casue: The SSL certificate.

    Check all the details carefully.There are also other similar issues where for example "Service Offerings" or "Request Offerings" are not shown, but this is the most common behavior after installation and the certificate is the cause for it.

  • if you change your URL, you must re-configure IIS (application settings) for new url.
