Problem with EAP TLS RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all,

Using a Windows 7 native supplicant during 802.1x authentication.  Authenticator is a Juniper ScreenOS firewall.  Same laptop authenticated perfectly when it was running off XP SP3, but after upgrade to Windows 7 SP1 32-bit, the EAP exchange is not completing.  After the Authenticator sends an EAP TLS request from the server, the supplicant does not respond.  I checked and the certificates are properly in place.  Any thoughts on what I could check to further my troubleshooting?

    Thanks

  • Issue resolved.  After OS upgrade pushed from GP, host certs were not moved over correctly.  Corrupted certificate.  Deleting then having a new cert reissued and we were back in business.
