When Portal Request Submitted Screen Goes Blank RRS feed

    Hi,

    Quite simply when a user submits a change request the screen appears blank instead of a confirmation screen with a tick on it.

    But when another user logs onto that machine you can submit the request.

    Are you trying to create a CR from a machine which is not the users primary computer?

    Can you also check if the ActiveX control(PortalClient.msi) is installed on the computer from where the user is creating the CR?
